Our three apartments are excellently located to take advantage of the sporting and leisure facilities that the site has to offer. A large communal pool with child's splash area is located just outside the front of the apartments where you will also find a number of sun loungers, shower facilities and communal BBQ area.
There are also 2 floodlit tennis courts, basketball court, mini-golf, child's play area and mini-market all within 50 metres of the apartments, with an air conditioned gym, cafe, restaurant, bar and two secluded beach coves all within a 5 minute walk.
The nearby village of Esentepe is one of the many charming Mediterranean villages of Northern Cyprus. This traditional village has many restaurants and is home to an eclectic mix of friendly and welcoming Turkish Cypriots and European settlers who have already realised their dream of the perfect place in the sun.

Two Bedroom Garden Apartment - sleeps 2 to 4
This ground floor garden apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). A large open-plan lounge and kitchen area leads onto an outdoor terrace which has patio table and chairs.
The lounge has a three place settee plus two arm-chairs, with large flat screen TV with built-in DVD player and iPod docking station (iPod not supplied). The apartment also has a wireless broadband internet connection (you can buy daily or weekly credits on site).
The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower room, built in wardrobes and a separate terrace, with the second bedroom having twin beds, built-in wardrobes and access to the second bathroom. Air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms and the lounge. We even supply a multi-speed 2000w hairdryer.
The kitchen area has dining table and chairs for four and is comprehensively fitted including washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, hot and cold water dispenser and all the necessary crockery and cutlery one would require.
Three Bedroom Garden Apartment - sleeps 2 to 6
This property is located directly next door to our two bedroom apartment and is furnished and equipped in the same style as its neighbour, albeit being larger and sited at the end of the block.
The large open-plan lounge area has a three and a two seat settee and a single armchair. Again there is a large flat screen TV with in-built DVD player and iPod docking station (iPod not supplied). A patio door opens onto a large terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. The apartment also has a wireless broadband internet connection (you can buy daily or weekly credits on site).
The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower room, built-in wardrobes and a separate terrace, with the second and third bedrooms each having twin beds, built-in wardrobes and access to the second bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning as does the lounge.
The kitchen area has dining table and chairs for six people and is comprehensively fitted including washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, hot and cold water dispenser and all the necessary crockery and cutlery one would require.
Two Bedroom Penthouse - sleeps 2 to 4
Located on the end of the block this first floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). The large open-plan kitchen and lounge area opens onto a private terrace, from which a spiral staircase leads to a large roof terrace with sun loungers, patio table and chairs, BBQ and offers stunning uninterrupted views of both the mountains to one side and the Mediterranean to the other.

A large communal swimming pool with child's splash area is located directly behind the apartments with sun loungers and BBQ area. Within 50 metres of the apartments there are two floodlit tennis and basketball courts, child's play area, mini golf and a mini-market.
The site also has a gymnasium, restaurant and bar and two secluded beach coves all within a five minute walk of the apartments.
Accessibility
The apartments have a number of car parking spaces very close by making the moving of suitcases easy. The two garden apartments have no steps leading up to them making them ideal for those with mobility problems. The penthouse has steps leading up to the apartments and also a spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace, which may not suit the elderly or very young children.
Golf
Situated just 500m from the apartments is the Korineum Golf and Country Club. This is the first Championship golf course in Northern Cyprus and is a must for any golfer with spectacular scenery and holes to challenge even the most competent of golfers. It also has a fitness centre, hairdressers, sauna, massage suite and spa. You can also buy or hire clubs from the pro shop and the bar and restaurant are well worth a visit. Highly recommended.
Cleaning and Towels
Prior to any arrival the apartments are professionally cleaned with all beds made up with clean linen. On stays of two weeks or more there is a linen change service after 7 days. All bed linen, hand and bath towels are included in the price, however beach towels are not.
